Research Associate, Health and Wellbeing (Ref:001)

Salary range: 
£31,406 to £35,326 per annum, pro rata

Part time (0.6 FTE) – Fixed term until 31/08/22

There is an exciting opportunity to join the University of Suffolk as a Research Associate in the School of Health and Sports Sciences. 

The Research Associate post will be based in one of the Waterfront Buildings at the University of Suffolk, Ipswich; will work under the supervision of the project leader, Dr Noreen Cushen-Brewster and closely with other members of the School of Health and Sports Sciences.

The post holder will possess a Good Honours Degree and PhD, have experience of undertaking research and literature reviews, as well as having a knowledge of local and national health systems.  They should have the flexibility to work within diverse teams, while demonstrating self-motivation and time management skills and the ability to work, often to tight deadlines, with limited supervision. The post holder will be expected to have a commitment and a desire to enhance their own research skills and abilities via self-professional development and appropriate training.
