PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR (Ref 141)

Salary range: £23,754 – £26,715 per annum/pro rata

15hpw (0.4 fte), fixed term to end October 2023

This role is 100% funded by the European Social Fund (ESF)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join the Business Engagement & Entrepreneurship team at the University of Suffolk to support the In-Career Education & Training project (ICET).

Activities include:

  • Administering financial transactions, ensuring a clear audit and accountability trail
  • Support a series of events and provide marketing information using social media and web pages
  • Prepare agendas and take minutes at meetings
  • Co-ordinate the completion and submission of funding claims
  • Assist in the preparation of reports

You will have a high degree of numeracy skills, understand the importance of compliance in externally-funded projects and be proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel.

The role is hosted by the University of Suffolk and offers flexible working arrangements that includes office and home-working.
