Professional Assistant (Ref:293)

Salary range: 
£24,174 - £27,116 per annum, pro rata

Fixed Term to cover maternity leave, 22.2 hpw, 0.6 FTE

We are currently recruiting for an experienced PA to support the work of the Directorate of Learning and Teaching.  You will carry out a range of duties normally associated with a Professional Assistant, including diary maintenance, producing correspondence, booking travel,  and will also be expected to proactively engage in the work of the directorate. 

You will need excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to demonstrate high levels of competence in standard office ICT applications.  You will also be able to maintain relationships and manage communications with a range of external partners working closely with the Executive Assistant to the Vice-Chancellor and PA to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor within the Vice-Chancellor’s Office.
