Procurement Administrator (Ref:0016)

Salary range: 
£22,149 - £24,285 per annum, pro rata

Part time, permanent 

The Procurement team are looking for a Procurement Administrator on a part-time, permanent basis.  

 This role is an opportunity to work in a small but busy team, providing high quality administrative support to the Procurement team and wider University.   

With a keen eye for detail and an ability to work at speed, the procurement administrator will be responsible for processing the University's procurement card statements along with other day to day administration requirements.  

The post holder will be able to undertake hybrid working, splitting time between the Ipswich-based campus and home, there is an expectation that some hours will be delivered on campus on a Wednesday. Exact arrangements will be agreed with the line manager prior to appointment.
