Professional Assistant (Ref:117)

Salary range: 
£24,948 - £27,929 per annum pro rata

Permanent, 24 hours per week

We wish to appoint an experienced PA to support the work of the Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Health and Wellbeing.  As Professional Assistant, you will: 

  • co-ordinate and provide continuity in the flow of information to and from their office
  • provide a professional support service
  • Action external and internal correspondence, collecting information and drafting replies
  • undertake projects and research to support their work, as necessary
  • Support, administer and co-ordinate Committees and meetings as required 

About you

You will have excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to demonstrate high levels of competence in standard office ICT applications.  You will also be able to maintain relationships and manage communications with a range of external partners working closely with the Executive Assistants and Professional Assistants within the Vice-Chancellor’s Office.
