Lecturer in Public health (Ref:225)

Salary range: 
£35,845 to £41,526 per annum pro rata

Required 0.2 FTE for a 3 year fixed term contract.

The School of Health and Sports Sciences is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and creative academic to join our international public health provision; this will require working closely with an overseas provider and the Dean of School.

The successful applicant will have the exciting opportunity to shape the emerging public health provision and build international partnerships.  The post holder should have significant experience working within higher education and have a high-level understanding of quality assurance processes.

The successful post holder will be based at our Ipswich campus. 

The typical working pattern required is four to five days per month, made up of two separate two to three consecutive day periods. These consecutive working day periods are typically just after the first week of the month, and at the beginning of the third week of the month, although there is some variation throughout the year. Specific dates are known for the next twelve-month period and can be shared with applicants, and of course the successful candidate prior to them starting in post.
