Lecturer in Mental Health Nursing (Ref 104)

Salary range: 
£35,845 to £41,526

Full time/ permanent

The School of Health and Sports Sciences has an ambitious vision for the future and to help us achieve it we are seeking a Lecturer in Mental Health Nursing to join our academic team to support the delivery of our BSc Mental Health Nursing and Mental Health Nursing Apprenticeship provision.

The successful applicant will be registered with the NMC as a Mental Health Nurse/ Learning Disabilities Nurse/ Adult Nurse with Mental Health experience or Social Worker/ Occupational Therapist, Approved Mental Health Professional and registered with the HCPC. Additionally, they will have experience of working as a educator in Higher Education and contemporary clinical practice experience in Mental Health Care.    They will play an integral role in the development of the profession and should be passionate about enhancing the student experience.

The post-holder will be based at our Ipswich campus but be willing to travel to deliver teaching at sites across the East of England.
