IT Service Desk Analyst (Ref:080)

Salary range: 
£23,754 to £26,715 pa, pro rata

Required full time, for a fixed term until July 3, 2020 to work within the IT Services Department at the University. We are looking for a person with a strong customer service background, who enjoys face-to-face interaction with others and wishes to make a difference to people’s days. Previous experience of working within an Information Technology related discipline is not required, as on the job training will be provided.

Candidates should note that this is a very hands-on role, with lots of opportunities to interact with staff and students, who work and study at this new and vibrant, University.
