Salary range: 
£32,348 - £36,386 per annum, pro-rata 

In-Career Education and Training (ICET)

0.6 FTE, fixed term until 31st October 2023   

The successful candidate will be employed on a fixed-term contract (secondment would be considered) into an exciting directorate at the University, which supports our academic Schools to connect our academic expertise with industry, transform our local community through knowledge exchange, enhance the student and graduate experience through entrepreneurship and develop our University as a place to do business.  

You will be part of the Business Development and Knowledge Exchange team and will have responsibility for the management of the ICET project; an ESF funded initiative which aims to increase skills of those employed in Suffolk and Norfolk through delivering specific short courses which have been designed based on identified needs in the region.  

You will be responsible for maximising income from this project through achievement of output targets. The post-holder will have line management responsibility for the part-time project administrator. You will manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, including the relationship with the ESF Contract Manager, attend relevant networking and business events and oversee the day-to-day activities related to the project.
