Finance Business Partner (Ref:096)

Salary range: 
£27,511 to £30,046 per annum

Full time, permanent

The University of Suffolk is seeking a self-motivated individual to provide an outward-facing role, working collaboratively with fellow Business Partners and other teams to deliver financial expertise in a cross-section of financial activities.

The role will report to the Head of Financial Management and work areas include the provision of management information, support and guidance for budget holders, monitoring and reporting of achievement against financial performance indicators and the costing of new income streams.

Applicants will need to possess sound technical knowledge and experience of working in a management accounting environment and be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills. Applicants must also be able to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and have strong organisational skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines. A good understanding of the higher education environment would be an advantage.

The post holder will be located at the Ipswich Campus, but remote working is temporarily in place.
