External Returns Officer (Ref:143)

Salary range: 
£27,511 to £30,046 per annum

Full time, permanent 

A new and full time opportunity for an External Returns Officer to join our busy Planning & Management Information department which sits in the wider Finance and Planning team.

The External Returns Officer will assist with the production of student related statutory external returns with the primary focus being on returns for the Office for Students and the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA). This will include day to day responsibilities such as, assisting with the production of external returns, monitoring data quality within the student records system and liaising with departments at the university to communicate data collection requirements.

To be successful in this role you will have experience of HESES, HESA, Graduate Outcomes or NSS returns and of general data quality checking processes. You will have demonstratable experience of working with users at different levels to resolve issues with processes or data systems.
