We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to join the Student Services Department as a Careers and Employability Adviser on a full time permanent contract. Applicants should have extensive experience in delivering information, advice and guidance, ideally in an education setting. You will be confident in navigating a broad range of information to take a holistic approach to University life.
The successful person will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the portfolio of extra-curricular career development activities at the University. You will be passionate about delivering excellent pastoral support to students and establishing successful peer networks, and will demonstrate commitment in designing and delivering Career Development Learning within curriculums, in addition to co- and extra-curricular activities. You will be confident to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to create and promote opportunities benefiting the student experience and graduate outcomes, and demonstrate a commitment to developing students’ employability, as well as enhancing the overall student experience.
