We are looking to appoint an appropriately qualified and experienced candidate to complement our existing team with the delivery of our Social Work Apprenticeship Degree programme, particularly by supporting apprentices in their workplaces. You will teach and provide reflective supervision, as well as practice-based assessments of apprentice social worker students. The role will include supporting apprentices’ practice learning needs, organising and supporting practice learning, providing feedback, and liaising with placement providers’ programme leads to ensure the apprentices learning needs are being fully met.
Key responsibilities include quality assurance over apprentice social work placements; providing guidance and support to students.
You will need to hold a degree approved by Social Work England (SWE); experience of working with children and/or adults as a qualified Social Worker in the UK and experience as a qualified Practice Educator.
