Apprenticeship Skills Coach (Health) (Ref027)

Salary range: 
£30,942 to £34,804

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Apprenticeship Hub within the Business Engagement and Entrepreneurship Directorate at the University of Suffolk providing maternity cover as an apprentice Skills Coach.  The role requires the applicant to support the Nursing Associate and Assistant Practitioner apprentices and their employers through effective skills coaching and providing wider information, advice and guidance.  The skills coach will be responsible in contacting and conducting a review with each apprentice once every quarter for the entire duration of their programme. Key responsibilities are to track and monitor the progress of apprentices and complete all the required documentation and update all records relevant to their journey.  This job will involve conducting virtual and face to face reviews between the apprentice and their employer and applicants must have experience in the related Health sector with good interpersonal and organisational skills.
