The University of Suffolk’s Student Records Team is pleased to be able to offer an exciting opportunity for an Application Specialist to join the team.
About the role:
The Student Records Team plays a critical role in the student journey, working in partnership with teams across the wider University managing the accuracy and integrity of all student records and a number of significant data management processes.
The Application Specialist will maintain, support and develop the University’s Student Record system and be primarily responsible for delivering a range of enhancements, focused on rapidly improving the current platform to meet the evolving needs of a growing University. This post will lead on developing the Tribal SITS student record system as it supports applicants and students from their first enquiries to graduation and beyond.
About the post holder:
Working with others across the organisation, the post holder will develop and deliver seamless solutions to the evolving challenges faced by an ambitious, growing university. They will bring to the table high-levels of technical skill, system-specific knowledge and experience to quickly and effectively deliver change. They will also have proven experience developing large applications to meet the needs of multiple stakeholders.
