The Directorate of Marketing, Communications and International is recruiting for 2 x Admissions Advisers to work within the University’s busy admissions team.
About the post
The Admissions Adviser will focus on the processing of applications for undergraduate and postgraduate study. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the Directorate of Marketing, Communications and International as well as Admissions Tutors in a busy, but friendly and supportive environment. You will have responsibility for the efficient administration of student applications for a wide range of courses, alongside other Admissions projects.
About you
You should be able to work accurately under pressure, as well as having excellent organisation, communication and customer care skills. An understanding of the Higher Education sector is useful but is not essential.
You should have a flexible approach to work, and a willingness to take on a variety of roles, as well as the ability to provide a seamless and positive experience to applicants, providing information and advice about the courses we offer to ensure successful conversion of applicants to the University of Suffolk.
