In the department of Library and Learning Services, we pride ourselves in delivering excellent customer service for all students and staff across the University. We currently have a vacancy for a motivated and proactive individual to join our team.
Working as part of a team Academic Skills Advisors you will support students by providing one-to-one support and workshops.
We are looking for someone who aspires to deliver excellent customer service and supports the values of our service and institution.
The skills required for the role include;
- abilities to work with higher education students within both one-to-one and workshop settings
- reliable self-management
- efficient and accurate record keeping
- effective team working and communication
- excellent IT skills
- Initiative and resourcefulness
