Working from home during this challenging period can result in issues that emotional eating can create such as weight gain, decrease of self-esteem and low productivity. This can lead to a vicious cycle associated to such a central human behaviour.
Rejoin Dr Manos Georgiadis from our school of Social Sciences and Humanities for the follow up session to the first part of this course where he will review with you your ability to appreciate the types of food you are consuming in snacks and main meals; link yourself better to your hungriness and satiety and finally to realise when and why you are eating.
