Join us for our second 'Quaysized' business breakfast where Dr Fran Hyde will be looking at what you are doing to segment your potential market, target new and existing customers and position your product and/or service successfully.
Fran began her professional life in industry and then moved into academia and in her own words her passion is:
"Linking marketing practice to marketing theory. As UOS looks to support our partners in the local business community I believe that all organizations can benefit from some refreshing of their marketing practice.
As we move into recovery from COVID 19 I want to share my experience and understanding of some core marketing principles by talking to local organizations about some immediate actions they can take to reconsider how to use resources most effectively in this vital time of business recovery
STP (segmentation, targeting and positioning) is a marketing concept which I consider to be fundamental in all effective marketing practice. In this session I will set out some simple actions an organization of any size should be considering to make your resource work harder and which I believe can help your to business move forward and recover."
