University has really flown by for me and I’m about to enter my third year at the University of Suffolk. I thought I’d tell you what I’m looking forward to the most in my final year at uni.
Planning my future
I don’t know about most people, but I’m so excited to start out in my first proper job. Although I’ll miss university life (who’s allowed to get up at 1pm on a Tuesday in real life?), I can’t wait for a new start in a full time job.
I have no idea what the future holds, but I’m looking forward to it anyway. Having never worked full time, it will be a completely new environment for me to be in and I’m excited to see what I can do.
Getting the most out of my social life
Of course I’ll still have a social life after university, but there won’t a be a chance like this again to have sports and societies right on my doorstep. I’m going to miss all the social opportunities through different clubs and events, so I’m going to make the most out of it this year and attend as much as I can. Hopefully while finding time to study!
Smashing my dissertation
The last big challenge of university is my dissertation. To everyone’s surprise, I’m really excited to be doing it, as I’m really interested in my subject area. That said, it’s still going to be tough and I’m sure there will be lots of late nights in the library. But I can’t wait to absolutely smash it and give it my best! That way, whatever happens, I’ll finish my university experience on a high. Who knows, I might even decide to do a Masters!
