It can be disappointing when you don’t get into your first choice university but maybe Suffolk is the best place for you all along! Here are some perks of studying at Suffolk that have made my university experience unforgettable.

  • Amazing Student Support

All the university staff and lecturers have your best interests at heart so no matter what your concern is there is an amazing support network available to make your time at university the best it can be!

  • New and ever growing facilities

As a new and developing university Suffolk has the best new facilities for its students and these are always evolving to cater to new and existing students; for example the addition of the Hold this year which not only has new state of the art lecture theatres but provides onsite access to archives for students.

  • Prime Location

Ipswich is a prime location to study not only for its easily accessible travel routes to other neighbouring towns and cities but the university itself is unique being located in the town centre, unlike other universities which can be isolated from the towns themselves. This makes the university easy to commute to wherever you live!

  • Student Satisfaction is the Priority

Unlike other larger universities Suffolk is able to prioritise each individual personally which is reflected in the high student satisfaction rates attached to many of the courses here, many of which have been held for multiple years demonstrating Suffolk’s commitment to delivering the highest quality of teaching for its students.

So there are a few reasons why Suffolk should be your first choice even if it wasn’t originally, but don’t just take my word for it, check out our student profiles for real life accounts of what it is like to study with us today!
