Life at Suffolk Blog Contributors

Introducing our Life at Suffolk blog contributors! You can keep up-to-date with their latest posts over on our blog.

Rose - Student Blogger

Hi! I’m Rose and I am a first year English student at the University of Suffolk. I am a student blogger for the Life at Suffolk blog and I am looking forward to contributing to the blog throughout the year!

I have lived in Ipswich for all my life and have chosen to stay at home to study my degree, so I look forward to posting about what our great little town has to offer to new and prospective students!

Sarah - Digital Ambassador

Hi, I’m Sarah, and I’m a second year Sociology and Youth Studies student at the University of Suffolk.

I’m the Digital Ambassador, so I’ll be blogging about surviving student life, things to do around Suffolk, and I’ll keep you up to date with all the things going on around the University.

Katie - Web and Digital Content Officer

Hi! I’m Katie, the Web and Digital Content Officer for the University of Suffolk.

My main role includes looking after the website, social media channels and the Life at Suffolk blog.

I’ll be posting on the blog from time to time with some tips and advice, things to do around our lovely county of Suffolk and hopefully providing some fun and interesting content, if you’re in the mood for some procrastination.

Past bloggers

I graduated in Criminology and Sociology in October 2018. During my third year I posted a range of tips and advice to recipes and much more!

I was an English student from Cyprus and I've just finished my final year! During my second year I blogged about many topics including tips for international students, dealing with homesickness, making new friends and also other topics about university life and living in Ipswich!

Hi, I'm Fiona and I'm in my third year studying English. I'm a blogger for the Life at Suffolk Blog, and also a Student Ambassador for the University.

I live in Ipswich, and in my spare time enjoy reading, writing, and relaxing with my two spoilt cats! I'm looking forward to creating blog posts throughout the year, and sharing my ideas and tips to help you make the most of your experience as a student in Suffolk.
