University of Suffolk students and graduates have completed internships with a wide variety of organisations locally and nationally including Suffolk County Council, Adnams, the BBC, Ubisoft, Trinity Park, and here, at University of Suffolk, in addition to internships around the world including Austria, the United States of America, China and beyond. These internships have enabled students to gain a first hand insight into industry across a range of business areas, develop and perfect those transferable skills and boost confidence when preparing for work on graduation. They are paid, full-time or part-time placements that allow students to get hands on, relevant work experience in their chosen area.
Tailored to enhance the future employability of University of Suffolk graduates and support undergraduate career development, we are keen to draw in elements of the recruitment process to offer valuable experience at every stage, from searching for the opportunity, submitting an application, preparing for the interview, getting ready for the first day and beyond.
The University of Suffolk Careers and Employability team also offer advice and guidance to students and graduates throughout the recruitment process, be this with CV writing, interview preparation (including mock interviews), or something else.
