University of Suffolk Open Events run throughout the year and are a great opportunity to find out more about the courses available, and to view the academic and social facilities. All open events have academics and support staff available for one-to-one discussion, and some also include specific subjects talks.

Family Awareness Days: Saturday 18 November 2017
Year group: 7, 8 and 9 and parents/guardians
Students and their parents/guardians are invited along to our Ipswich campus to find out more about studying a degree at university.
This is a free event and a fantastic opportunity to learn more about university and to meet with current University of Suffolk students.
Splendid: Monday 22-Tuesday 23 January 2018
Year group: 10-13
Splendid is an annual two day event aimed at students who have been identified as having a physical or specific learning difficulty or disability and would benefit from taking part in a university experience.
Over two days the participating students will work with University Staff and Student Ambassadors and be involved in subject taster sessions, team building activities and social activities. It is a great opportunity for students to find out about university life and see the opportunities higher education can offer.

Suffolk UCAS Higher Education Exhibition: 12th June 2018

The University of Suffolk hosts the Suffolk UCAS Higher Education Exhibition on an annual basis. These exhibitions play a vital part in helping applicants decide what and where to study in higher education.

This specialist day is designed to give you an insight into a range of different course areas at the University of Suffolk. You will have the opportunity to select subject specific workshops delivered by our academics. This is your chance to ask questions and learn about the content of the courses and a career within the health industry.
Access to Higher Education Conference: October 2018 (Date TBC)
This event takes place in the autumn term and is for students who have recently enrolled on an Access to Higher Education course. Delegates will have the opportunity to attend a range of workshops and talk to academics about the courses that most interest you. The 2017 date has not yet been set.
