Registry and Student Services underpins every element of the student journey through the provision of quality advice, guidance and resources, and the guardianship of sound policies and procedures.
The directorate comprises the following departments.
- Registry Services – Committees and Governance; Course Administration; DBS; Exams; Graduation Office; Office for Student Appeals, Complaints and Conduct; Partnerships; Student Financial Support Fund; Student Records; Validation
- Quality Assurance and Enhancement – compliance with sector and stakeholder expectations and requirements; course/institutional (re)approval and development; external examiners; maintenance of academic standards; policy, procedure and process developments; TEF; initiatives to enhance the quality of the student experience; ePASSPoRT scheme including PgCAP

Registry is responsible for the Office for Student Appeals, Complaints and Conduct (OSACC), the Graduation Office and the administration of course-related quality processes.
