A landmark conference for health, police, social care and education professionals from the East of England.

With key notes from The Rt. Hon. Lord Laming CBE DL and Louise Smith, Macmillan Survivorship Lead

In this increasingly challenging environment it is more important than ever to work with other professions and with the people in the community who rely on our public services.  This conference will feature best practice demonstrating how multidisciplinary teams have improved and can continue to enhance the lives of patients, victims of crime, offenders, children and young people, the homeless and the marginalised... The Voice of Community!

This conference aims to:

  • Let you hear the voice of the service user and bear this in mind when planning and delivering services
  • Enable students and delegates to understand the challenges of service users and other professionals in providing seamless care
  • Gain a wider understanding of service users and effective service user pathways
  • Learn from and about other professionals
